After all, they do say it’s the place where dreams come true. Some people come for the rides, but foodies come for the food. You know when you go down for the hotel’s buffet breakfast and you can’t decide what you want?
It’s the same at Disney World, but we’ll try our best to help you whittle it down.

Take it from someone who knows!
"At EPCOT, my restaurant of choice is the wine cellar at Tutto Italia Ristorante. You can usually find a seat on the busiest days and they have a delicious selection of authentic Italian dishes."
- Dennis, from askchefdennis.com
Healthy options
"There are always healthy dining options to be found at Disney, and they're also conscientious about food allergies too. There's fresh fruit at the grab-and-go stands, bottled water, and plenty of healthy choices on their restaurant menus."
- Rachel, from thetravelbite.com
Eating with kids
"If you have young children, booking a lunch slot at 11.30am or 12pm is a great idea as you will likely be up at 6am to get into the park for opening.
- Karen, from minitravellers.co.uk
More bang for your buck!
"You can get free drinking water all over the parks - use the water fountains, or ask for free iced water anywhere that has a soda fountain."
- Emma, from emmadrew.info
Pssst...
Reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance and – trust us – you’re going to want to plan ahead, especially when it comes to the themed restaurants which fill up fast. And for the super-planners amongst you, aim to eat at off-peak times for more relaxed dining.
The dining staff at Disney are very well-trained to deal with special dietary requirements, so if you have a specific intolerance it’s best to dine at restaurants with table service and to alert staff to your needs when booking.
Oh – and this is important - don’t forget that in-park dining requires all guests to have a Park Reservation and valid admission for the same park on that same day. Repeat after us: Park Reservation, valid admission, same park, same day.
Got it? Great!
