How much is a flight, hotel or added extra?
If you are looking for a flight, hotel or holiday quote, please either continue to search our website, drop us an email or alternatively if you require assistance then our sales centre can be contacted on 0203 139 7579 selecting option 1 and will gladly help provide you with a price quote for your requirements.

I need to change my date of travel what should I do?
A change to your booking can be done through our Customer Service Team, you can call them on 01772 386367, selecting the option for amendments. You can also email with your details and required changes (please use the email you used when you booked). Quotes can be done by email, but for security purposes any changes do require us to talk to you.

Can I choose my seats?
Most airlines charge to pre-book seating, if you already have a booking you can use the Airline Info reference found on your documentation, to manage your booking on your chosen airline's website. If you prefer not to pay for your seating, most airlines permit free seat selection 24-48 hours prior to departure when you check-in with them directly. Not all airlines allow this, for the most up to date information seating will be accessible on your airlines website. Click our airline information page to go to your airline Manage My Booking page.

When can I check-in?
For online check-in, most airlines offer the facility using their manage my booking option from 24 - 48 hours prior to travel.
For airport check-in most airlines allow check-in from up to 3 hours before your scheduled departure time for international flights

What reference do I need to access the airline’s website?
You will find the reference you need to access the manage my booking section of your chosen airline’s website on your electronic ticket passenger travel document and receipt under the section entitled airline info.
This can be accessed quickly using the MY TRIP section of the Netflights.com website which requires the lead passenger surname and Netflights booking reference which begins BND.

How do I add additional baggage to my booking?
Airlines can have restrictions on the amount of additional baggage that they are able to carry dependant on the expected load of a particular flight, therefore should you wish to add baggage or carry additional baggage on your flight above the standard baggage allowance permitted as part of your ticket, you would need to contact your chosen airline directly.

How do I cancel my booking?
