The City of Gold has a long list of things to do, and Downtown Dubai is the best place to start. If you’re after some beach time, the chic Dubai Marina is the place to be. You can look forward to see-and-be-seen cabanas on the sand, as well as a floating assault course out on the water.
If you fancy a change from the futuristic sky scrapers and town-sized shopping malls, why not explore Dubai’s authentic souks? On the Deira side of Dubai Creek, you can hop between the Gold Souk, Spice Souk and Perfume Souk – the perfect spot for souvenir shopping. Or, leave the city behind you completely with a 4x4 desert drive.
