I need to change my date of travel what should I do?
Should you wish to change your dates of travel, please contact our customer service team either via phone selecting the amendments option, or alternatively use our amendment form to provide the details of your proposed change. How much will it be to change my flights?
Charges to change your flights vary by the rules on the ticket which you have purchased. I am unable to travel, can someone else take my place?
Unfortunately complete name changes to airline tickets are not possible. The existing ticket held would be subject to any potential cancellation charges, and a new ticket would need to be purchased for the new passenger

A name on my ticket is spelt wrong what should I do?
To change a name, please contact our Customer Resolution team on 01772 386366 and select the option for name errors who will be able to assist you further. Alternatively email us at [email protected]
If you notice the error on the same day as making the booking, or, if you are travelling within 7 days - you must call us.

How can I change my hotel / room type / board basis?

I want to add a passenger to my booking
If you wish to purchase an additional flight only seat, please call our reservations team on 0203 139 7650 (calls charged at a local rate).
If you wish to add a passenger to an existing booking involving accommodation, please contact our customer service team via phone selecting the amendments option. For all online bookings please call 01772 386366. I am in-resort and need to change my return date

Can I use my Airline Miles to upgrade if I have not booked direct with the airline?
Upgrading using Airmiles is only available on some airfares we sell, and can only be done directly with the airline with whom you are travelling. Please ensure that prior to completing any purchase, these details have been confirmed to you by our reservations team.

Can I leave my ticket open?
Netflights.com does not offer open tickets. Tickets with up to a maximum stay of 12 months can be purchased, usually with an applicable fee to change the return date. Please ensure that prior to any purchase, these details have been confirmed to you by our reservations team.

How do I change a date of birth?
If you need to change a date of birth on a booking, please contact our customer service team on 01772 386366 who will be able to assist.
Please note for any age changes additional charges could be applicable if this affects the requirements on the booking, e.g. a 1 yr old infant will be 2 yrs old on the return journey - this would require a child seat to be paid for.
