Do you need to cancel your booking?

How much will it cost to cancel my booking?
a) Package holidays
More than 70 days prior to departure deposit only.
70 - 57 days the higher of 30% of the total cost or loss of deposit.
56 - 29 days the higher of 50% of the total cost or loss of deposit.
28 - 15 days the higher of 80% of the total cost or loss of deposit
14 days or less 100% of total cost.
b) For accommodation only bookings
More than 70 days prior to departure deposit only.
70 - 57 days the higher of 30% of the total cost or loss of deposit.
56 - 29 days the higher of 60% of the total cost or loss of deposit.
28 - 8 days the higher of 80% of the total cost or loss of deposit.
7 days or less 100% of total cost.
c) Single component
Please note to process a cancellation you must contact our customer service team on 01772 386366. Any previously quoted fees are quotes only and you will be advised of the relevant cancellation charge when the cancellation is processed. Please note it is possible that there will be a difference between the quote and the actual cancellation charge at the time of processing. Many of our flight fares are subject to airline terms which mean they have no refund value at all if cancelled. Your airline cancellation charge is displayed during the booking journey under 'fare rules'.Except for ‘accommodation only’: Cancellation charges vary depending on the services booked and will be higher the later you cancel and will be advised at the time of booking. In all cases a minimum cancellation fee of £75 will apply.
*Please note some airlines will class the booking as a ‘no-show ‘and levy 100% cancellation penalty if cancelled within 24 hours of departure. If you fail to travel on any sector of your itinerary as booked, the airline will treat this as a no-show and cancel all remaining flight sectors and could levy full cancellation penalties* -
How do I cancel my booking?
Should you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service team either via phone selecting the cancellation option, or alternatively use our cancellation form to provide the details of your cancellation. Please note that for all urgent enquiries within 72hrs of travel, changes must be made via our contact centre.

I need to cancel my booking due to illness or bereavement
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your arrangements due to illness or bereavement, please advise our Customer Service representatives by phone or use our cancellation form. It is possible that some suppliers may offer a refund outside the standard terms and conditions of the purchased services.
Should you wish to claim a refund due to this, supporting documentation will be required and will be advised to you at the time of cancellation. -
Will I get a refund when I cancel my booking?
Any refund will depend on the cost of cancellation as per Netflights.com’s terms and conditions, and you will be advised of these at the time of cancellation.

I am expecting a refund, when will I receive this?
Once a refund has been processed this can take up to 5 working days to show as a credit to your account.

My flight looks to have been cancelled, what can I do?
Should the airline make any changes or cancellations to your flights, our schedule changes team will be in contact with further information. Alternatively, you can contact the team on 01772 386373.
