I can't view my booking online?
If you are experiencing problems accessing or viewing your booking using our MY TRIP function on the Netflights.com website, please email us at [email protected] if you require documents resending, alternatively contact our team on 01772 386366.

What is my booking reference?
Your confirmation email, electronic ticket and passenger travel document contain all the booking references you require to access your booking through the MY TRIP section of the Netflights website or to manage your booking with the airline directly.
All Netflights online booking references will begin BND. This can be used for the MY TRIP section of the Netflights website. Should you wish to email or contact us by phone, your booking reference should be used in your correspondence.

All airline references required to access your booking with the airline directly can be found on your electronic ticket under the section Airline Info.
To access www.viewtrip.com, the reservation number you require can again be found on your electronic ticket under the Galileo/Booking Ref section

How can I view and print my documents?
Using your Netflights.com booking reference, you can access and print your own documents using My Trip. Your documents will only be available once payment has been made in full. If you need a copy of your documentation sent by post, please contact our team on 01772 386366.

Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes, payment by PayPal is available on a selection of options on our website.

My address is not correct on my booking confirmation letter
If you need to make a change to any of the details that were submitted at the time of making a reservation, please contact our customer service team on 01772 386366 who will be able to assist you.
Please note that due to Data Protection, we can only discuss the booking details with the lead passenger on the booking

My name has an apostrophe in it but the system didn't allow me to add it?
For all bookings made via the Netflights.com website, all names should be entered as per passport omitting any apostrophe's and spaces that appear between first names or surnames.
Your E-Ticket will show the names together which is acceptable for immigration and travel.

I have tried to locate my flights on the airlines website but can't locate the flights?
If you are experiencing any difficulties using the airline's 'manage my booking' function with your reference number, please contact us via email at [email protected] or call our customer service team on 01772 386366 who will be able to assist you further.

My wife’s passport is still in her maiden name, do I book her ticket in her maiden name or married name?
For flight tickets all bookings should be made based on the name as per the passport name that is being used to travel on.

I'm trying to put my title Dr but there is no option?
Due to requirements from immigration authorities for secure passenger flight data and APIS information which is required to be gender specific, we do not display the option to select Dr as a title. Please select the most alternative appropriate title

My name has been combined with my title, what do I do?
On all flight tickets, no spaces are permitted between titles and first names. The E-Ticket you have received is perfectly valid for travel, and will show your title appearing directly after your first name.

I have a hyphenated name, how do I type it in?
For all bookings made via the Netflights.com website, all names should be entered as per passport, omitting any hyphens and spaces that appear between first names or surnames.
Your E-Ticket will show the names together which is acceptable for immigration and travel.

How do I add another email address to my booking?
If you wish to change, add or update your contact email address that was added at the time of booking, please contact our customer service team on 01772 386366 who will be happy to assist you in making the change.

How do I add luggage to my booking?
If you wish to either add on or increase your luggage allowance this can only be done directly with your chosen airline. Airlines have differing charges for additional/excess luggage.
Before contacting your chosen airline, please ensure that you have your airline reference number which can be found on your electronic travel document and receipt as the airline will need this reference to locate your booking.
The airline will be able to update your booking directly and take any payment required to add this to your booking.
