1. How do I pre-book my seats on-board my flight?
Most airlines have a limited number of seats available for advance seating. The ability to reserve your seat number in advance varies by airline, and in some cases charges may apply. You can book your seats by visiting the airline’s website directly, alternatively please e-mail our dedicated customer service team at [email protected] who will endeavour to assist you with your enquiry.
2. How do I pre-book extra legroom seats?
The majority of airlines will not allocate exit seats until check-in. Exit seats will only be given to people over the age of 16 and who are physically fit. A number of airlines do allow these to be pre-booked, however charges will apply. Please contact the airline directly to enquire.
3. How much legroom does my seat have / what is my seat pitch?
This information can be found on the airline’s website.
4. How do I book an extra seat for myself?
Should you wish to book an additional seat for yourself you will need to contact our sales team using the number at the top of this website and ensure you advise that the two seats are for one person so that they are allocated together.
5. Do I need to pay to book a specific seat?
This will depend on the airline you are travelling with, some will allow you to request specific seats, however, with all airlines seats these are not guaranteed. You will be able to find this information on the airline’s website and access this using the airline info reference at the top of your e-ticket.
6. Does the airline provide medical seat free of charge?
