Did someone say new routes?!

If you’re looking to head Down Under, then this is for you.

Turkish Airlines

Turkish Airlines is launching a brand spankin’ new route from Istanbul to Sydney, starting 5th December. The new Sydney flight service will operate four times a week, connecting travellers from Istanbul (IST) to Sydney (SYD) with a layover in Kuala Lumpur (KUL). Tickets for the route can be purchased now – either as standalone flights or as part of a package deal.

The new service complements the airline’s existing flights to Melbourne, giving you even more choice when booking budget trips to Australia (and we’ve got more insider info on making your Aussie holiday unforgettable here)

Turkish Airlines continue to stretch into the long haul market and offer super competitive fares for the same in-flight experience as larger airlines out there. A 4-star carrier (awarded by Skytrax, the Oscars of the aviation world), Turkish Airlines is a solid choice for long haul legs across the map, with wider seats for better comfort, USB charging points, 11.3 inch screens for falling asleep to the movie you put on after 2 minutes, and handy little amenity kits to keep you ticking over – who doesn’t love an amenities kit?

If you want a comfortable flight without the hefty price tag, these new Australia flights are defo a reason to get excited.

China Southern

Meanwhile, from 12th December, China Southern are launching 3 nonstop flights to Adelaide from Guangzhou every week. The night flight (a.k.a red eye flight) will arrive in Adelaide around 10am in the morning, while return flights leave around 11:30am, landing in Guangzhou shortly after 6pm.

The scheduled timetable along with ample business class seats make the route ideal for both business trips and holidays.
