A fire near to Heathrow Airport has resulted in a power outage closing the airport until approximately midnight, Friday 21st March.

If you are due to fly into Heathrow on Friday, 21st March, please check directly with your airline for the latest updates. Inbound flights to Heathrow are expected to be diverted to Birmingham airport, which as of 9.30am Friday morning, is reporting no delays. Other UK airports are also on standby to expect incoming flights.
